Shipping

Every Asat order is packed and shipped straight to your door. This policy explains processing times, shipping options, costs, tracking and what happens if a package is lost or damaged.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment is approved.

Methods, costs and delivery times

We ship with standard and express carriers; the cost and estimated delivery time of each option are calculated at checkout from your address.

Free shipping on orders over $99.

Delivery times are estimates and start counting after your order ships.

Total cost at checkout

The shipping cost for your selected method is added to your order and shown in the total at checkout, before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail so you can follow your package until delivery.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible so we can try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package does not arrive, or an item arrives damaged, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resend or refund.

Please include your order number. For damaged items, photos of the package and product help us resolve your case faster.
