Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Asat. If a bag, pair of sunglasses, piece of jewelry or clothing item isn't right for you, this policy explains how to return it and get a refund. Effective date: 2026-10-13.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of the item

Items must be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

Return shipping: paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns; paid by us for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, color or style, request a refund under this policy and place a new order for the item you want, subject to availability.

How to request

E-mail [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We answer within 2 business days and will send you the return instructions.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show the refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.
